Red pandas look a bit like a cross between a dog and a cat, but they are related to pandas. I included a picture of one to give you an idea of the colors involved. If you look at the pattern, it has the colored lines indicating the direction the grain of the wood needs to flow. This is the same direction as the animal’s fur goes.
