The Flash is one of DC Comics’ most popular characters. His superpower is speed. He can move, think and react at light speeds as well as having superhuman endurance that allows him to run incredible distances. The Flash is a member of the Justice League along with Wonder Woman, Superman and Batman.
The suit that the Flash is wearing looks to me like the one from the fifth season of The Flash TV series.
The pattern breaks the suit up into parts that lends itself well to scroll sawing.
